Ashridge House wins top accolade at the Guides for Brides Customer Service Award 2018

At Ashridge we believe in quality, which is why we are thrilled to have been awarded the Guides for Brides Customer Service Award 2018!

This award means a lot to us, especially as the award is judged on customer reviews and recognises a wedding venue that continuously delivers excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

"Congratulations to Ashridge House for being the winner of The Stately Homes & Mansion Category at our Customer Service Awards 2018. The professionalism of the staff is certainly reflected in their reviews and this year the judges chose them as the clear winner."

- Jenny Brooks, Marketing Manager, Guides for Brides

So what is the key to our success? Weddings are the biggest day of someone's life and therefore it is incredibly important that our team of wedding co-ordinators capture the dreams of every couple. For our co-ordinators the secret lies in the details. Many couples choose Ashridge for its fairy tale setting and exclusive surroundings, they might ask for an intimate reception overlooking the gardens or having fireworks at midnight. Others want to live out their Harry Potter dream with a ceremony on our incredible staircase, with owls delivering the rings when saying “I do”.

No matter the dream or vision we provide our professional experience and knowledge with a true “nothing is impossible” spirit. A personalised customer experience makes the perfect wedding.

”We really get into the detail of what the couple envisage for their day, which means no two weddings are the same at Ashridge. Providing excellent Customer Service is something that the team really pride themselves on, and so to be recognised for this is very rewarding.”

- Katie Hurrell, Events Manager, Ashridge House
