What led Worldwide Business Research to choose Ashridge House as the venue for PCM Connect?
Ashridge House was chosen as the venue for PCM Connect because it is a stunning location with such a historic atmosphere. The beautiful grounds offer a real WOW factor that we felt would make the event memorable for attendees. In addition, the close proximity of the bedrooms and conference facilities allowed guests to easily move between their accommodation and the event spaces, creating a convenient and enjoyable experience.
How did Ashridge House support the delivery of the event’s programme across multiple spaces?
Ashridge House supported the delivery of the event programme across multiple spaces by providing a layout that allowed for a smooth flow between the main conference sessions, breakout rooms, and 1-to-1 meeting areas. While delegates did need to step outside briefly when moving between some spaces, the locations were close together and easy to navigate, ensuring attendees could move around without confusion.

What feedback did you receive from delegates, sponsors, and speakers about the environment, facilities, and overall experience?
The feedback we received from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many people highlighted the beautiful grounds of the venue which made a strong impression. Although there are a few corridors to navigate, all attendees were provided with a map by the house staff showing where the event spaces were located which helped with whereabouts. We also received a number of compliments about the food, with many guests commenting on how enjoyable it was.
How did the Ashridge House team contribute to the success of PCM Connect?
The Ashridge House team played an important role in the success of PCM Connect through strong organisation and clear communication. Both parties worked closely throughout the planning process and the level of coordination remained high - from the planning stages through to the event itself. Even though it was our first time working together, the collaboration worked very well, allowing the event to come together seamlessly and run smoothly onsite.
