The Ashridge House gym has superb rest and relaxation facilities to refresh mind, body and soul. With a swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub, as well as a well-equipped gym and tennis courts, we also offer daily fitness classes. Outside, there are plenty of scenic running trails through our 190 acres of countryside.

Complimentary access is available to all overnight guests, while memberships are also open to the public. Members enjoy access to our tennis courts, fitness classes, health assessments, gym inductions, and £10 guest passes to share with friends and family.
Please note, the gym & pool is reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Guest passes are available for non-members at an additional price. Our enthusiastic, highly-qualified team is ready to help you improve.

All members can book via app. Guests staying at Ashridge House who wish to book a class for their group as part of their stay, please contact your Event Co-ordinator for more details.
