Packages and prices

Weddings at Duke’s Yard are designed to offer flexibility with transparent pricing. Costs are made up of a fixed venue hire fee, based on the day and time of year, alongside a per person catering package from Lettice Events.

Venue hire varies as follows:

Low Season (January, February, November)
Saturday £7,000
Sunday £5,600

Mid Season (March, April, October, December)
Saturday £8,000
Sunday £6,400

Peak Season (May to September)
Saturday £10,500
Sunday £8,400

For example, a wedding for 70 guests on a Saturday in April with a two-course plated wedding breakfast would include a £8,000 venue hire fee and £236 per guest for catering, totalling £24,560.

Our venue hire provides a considered foundation for your day, including:

• Exclusive use of The Glasshouse, The Barn, The Coachhouse and The Stables.

• Access to Duke’s Yard, Monks Garden and the Glasshouse Garden for ceremonies, drinks and photography

• Two spacious dressing rooms on the day

• A night in the Honeymoon Suite

• Tables, chairs, linens and tableware

• Support from an expert wedding coordinator (from 6 months prior and on the day)

• Three months’ membership to Ashridge House leisure facilities

We are proud to partner exclusively with Lettice Events, who offer a range of refined catering packages, including:

• Choice of wedding breakfast (two or three-course plated menu, or sharing fire feast)

• Four canapés per guest

• Two glasses of prosecco per guest

• Half a bottle of wine per guest

• A private tasting with the Lettice team

• Crockery, glassware and linens, with a range of upgrade and bespoke options

• Expert guidance throughout the planning process

If you haven’t done so already, please submit an enquiry and a member of the team will be in touch to begin planning your day. Following a venue tour, dates can be held provisionally for two weeks. To confirm, written agreement is required, after which a contract will be issued. Due to demand, dates are released if not secured within this timeframe.

A £3,000 deposit is required to secure your wedding date. A further 25% of the balance is due 12 months prior, with 50% payable 6 months before. The remaining balance is then due 28 days ahead of your wedding.
