We take your safety seriously. Please familiarise yourself with the fire exits in your area and the bedroom block. Please take note of the fire assembly points on the Ashridge Hose map marked as FA.

In the event the fire alarm is raised, please exit the building and proceed to the nearest Fire Assembly Point.

Please DO NOT re-enter the building until the authorisation from the security team is given.

For security reasons we ask that all participants wear their name badges and/or lanyards during their stay. This helps to ensure the security and safety of you whilst at Ashridge House.

All meeting rooms are lockable and all bedrooms are fitted with a safe.

Ashridge is unable to take responsibility for items left unattended.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere indoors whilst at Ashridge House, including the bedrooms. The Courtyard is also a non smoking and vaping area.

Please speak to a member of staff for the closest designated smoking area.

If you suffer an injury or become unwell during your stay, please inform a member of staff as soon as possible. We have first aid trained staff on site who will be able to assist.

If there is a medical emergency, please dial 999 from your phone. If possible, please notify concierge of the medical emergency.

If you are in a bedroom press M2 on the bedroom telephone for emergencies.
